Returns Policy

Returns Information

We have bought 100s of boots over the years and appreciate that on occasion you may wish to make a return. We only accept returns on NEW items (with the exception of cases where it is down to an error of ours). All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the item(s) and products must be unused and in the same condition and same packaging that they were supplied in.

As the buyer, it is your responsibility to cover the return postage cost (again, unless it is due to an error of ours) and we recommend using a signed for delivery service as we cannot be held liable for any returns that go missing in transit.

Used items cannot be returned – the condition of them is always shown clearly on our site. If you have any questions about any of the products, please contact us before you buy. We have a size guide to help you with the sizing but please also research and ask us about the sizing and they differ from brand to brand – even sometimes from model to model!

Our customer service is what we pride ourselves on, so if you ever have any problems, please let us know and we will always do our best to resolve the matter.
